Unsalted Butter: 6 tablespoons or 85gram

Sugar: 1/3 cups or 65 grams

Honey: 3 tablespoons or 60 grams

Heavy cream: ¼ cup or 60ml

Salted peanuts: 1 ½ cups or 195 grams

For the moreish cake

Unsalted Butter: 6 tablespoons or 85 grams ( keep in room temperature)

Flour: 2cups or 280 grams

Baking powder: 2 teaspoons (aluminum-free preferably)

Sea salt: ½ teaspoon

Sugar: 1cup

Egg: 1 large (at room temperature)

Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoon

Whole milk: ¾ cup or 180ml (at room temperature)

Procedure Of Making This Cake

Firstly preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degree C. Grease the sides and bottom of a 9-inch cake pan, preferably springform pan. Now for the peanut topping boil the butter with sugar honey and heavy cream in a saucepan. Continuously stir the mixture until the butter gets melted. Now remove the dough from the heat and mix the peanuts with it. Now keep it aside while stirring it occasionally. Allow it to settle. Take bowl mix flour with baking powder and salt to make the batter for the cake. Now in a separate bowl, stir the butter and sugar unless it develops a creamy texture. Combine the vanilla extract and the eggs to half of the flour to the creamy butter mixture. Mix it well and add the milk with other dry ingredients. Pour the batter in the cake pan and put the peanut mixture on top of it. Bake it for 50 to 55 minutes. After the baking is done, check by inserting the toothpick into it. If the toothpick comes out clean, then your delectable peanut cake is ready to serve.
